Over forty years experience as a reservoir engineer in evaluating domestic and international oil and gas properties, including evaluations for sale, acquisition, development programs and as an expert witness in legal proceedings. He is a University of Houston graduate in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
Mr. Barron began as an operations engineer with a major
oil company working in the Texas Gulf Coast, then as a reservoir engineer with a natural gas transmission company. He performed reserve evaluations of producing properties throughout Texas and in the Offshore region. He first joined Ralph E. Davis Associates, Inc. in 1978, left during the 1980's then rejoined the firm in 1993. He has evaluated properties throughout the world, presented seminars and penned articles for publication.
Allen Barron was named as President and CEO of the firm in early 2001, and has continued his engineering duties as he has taken over the chief officer responsibilities of the company.

Over fifty years experience in geology as both a development and reservoir geologist, providing reserve certification for major corporate regulatory filings and testimony before various regulatory agencies.
A Louisiana State University graduate in geology, he worked at Phillips Petroleum as a paleontologist and development geologist in the Gulf Coast area before joining Ralph E. Davis Associates, Inc. in 1968.
Joe Mustacchia has evaluated exploration and development prospects throughout the United States and Canada and has assisted numerous client companies in evaluating exploration projects for participation, and development programs for potential acquisition. He has performed numerous evaluations of producing and undeveloped properties throughout North America as potential acquisition candidates for client companies, and has testified before various regulatory agencies and in litigation as an expert witness.

Fifty years experience as a reservoir engineer in the natural gas industry and as a consultant to the oil and gas industries, with extensive background in evaluations and presentations to regulatory agencies and as an expert witness in legal proceedings.
A University of Texas graduate in petroleum engineering and a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, he began his career in the natural gas transmission industry. He joined the consulting field with Ryder Scott Company in 1985 then joined Ralph E. Davis Associates, Inc. in 1986.
Larry Barnett has been involved in numerous field studies throughout the United States. He actively assists in identifying areas of greater development potential for a group of exploration companies and gathering system companies for a major Mid-Continent hydrocarbon program. He has extensive experience as an expert witness in litigation proceedings in state and federal court.

 L. B. (BEN) BRANUM, P.E., Vice President,
Reservoir Engineer

Over thirty-five years experience as a reservoir engineer in both domestic and international valuations, including prospect generation, acreage acquisition, drilling and completion, well stimulation, production methods, contract negotiations and reserve and economic evaluation and forecasting. He is a petroleum engineering graduate of the University of Missouri at Rolla and began his career as a consultant in 1981 after working as a reservoir engineer for both an interstate pipeline company and independent exploration and development company.
He has extensive experience in the evaluation of secondary and tertiary recovery projects, and has worked extensively in the international oil and gas arena, including China, South America, the Mid-East and other areas.
Ben Branum joined Ralph E. Davis in 2002 after twelve years with the Ryder Scott Company in Houston and is focusing on international consulting projects involving reserve certification in both conventional and nonconventional reserves.

 JACK DOUGLAS, PMP, Vice President,
Geoscientist
Over twenty-five years experience in the energy sector in the use of engineering and geological software systems to delineate exploration and development projects for both the majors and independent companies. He has worked on domestic and international projects, implemented in-house solutions on client software systems and presented training sessions to international clients.
Mr. Douglas has performed computer modeling, petrophysicial analysis, reserves management, engineering economic analysis and more. He joined the Davis firm in 2005 as a contract geoscientist, left then re-joined the company in his present position in late 2006. He has analyzed and modeled numerous tight gas sand and unconventional reservoir plays throughout the U.S.
Mr. Douglas has Bachelor degrees in Sociology from the University of Texas, Geology from the University of Houston and has attended Florida International University while working on a MBA.

 ALLEN L. KELLEY, Vice President,
Geologist
Over twenty-five years experience in reservoir studies, prospect evaluation and business development throughout North and South America. He has worked on domestic and international projects including oil and gas producing properties, natural gas transmission systems and gas storage projects.
Mr. Kelley has evaluated energy properties throughout the major basins of North America and done extensive work in unconventional tight gas sand reservoirs. His work has included extensive acquisition analysis and project development studies.
He has participated on the U.S. Potential Gas Committee since 1990 and currently serves on the editorial committee. He is a graduate of Texas Tech University with a degree in Geology.

 Luis C. Faya, Sr. Reservoir Engineer

Fourteen years experience in the evaluation of international and domestic reservoir studies, planning, risk assessment and portfolio management. Has also performed gas fundamental analysis to support gas trading activities within the U.S., developed and implemented internal guidelines for field development reports, managed annual reserve reporting process for 1 Billion Barrel equivalent asset company and published guidelines for reserve evaluation, classification and risk practices.
Has also evaluated properties for acquisition or sale and developed a probabilistic methodology to analyze exploration projects. He is proficient in Spanish and Engish and is a native of Argentina.
Mr. Faya joined Ralph E. Davis early in 2009.

 LINDA M. HENRY, Engineering Analyst

Twenty years experience as an engineering analyst assisting in the acquisition of data and preparation of engineering and economic analyses. She began her career with Ryder Scott Company assisting the geological and engineering staff in the preparation of acquisition analyses, field studies and both quarterly and annual reserve filings with financial and regulatory authorities.
Ms. Henry then worked at other consulting firms and operating companies providing office management, revenue distribution, regulatory compliance and general data management. She is proficient in both ARIES and PHDWin economic systems.
She joined Ralph E. Davis in 2006 after working for an exploration company involved in domestic activities.

 PHILLIP DUNNAVANT, Geoscience Technician-
Geologist

A recent graduate from the University of Alabama with a degree in Geological Sciences, Phillip Dunnavant began his career as a well site geologist and mud logger in the Bakken Shale play of North Dakota. He worked with various oil and gas development companies for approximately a year before joining the Davis firm in early 2008.
He is providing technical assistance in data integration and geological modeling projects with the application of commercial software packages such as Petra and PowerLog, as well as developing presentation materials to reflect project analyses.
Mr. Dunnavant joined Ralph E. Davis early in 2008.

Ms. Schofield has eight years experience in office management and has moved into a position as an Engineering Analyst with the company, with particular emphasis in the PhdWin economic analysis software. KEVIN J. LANT, P.G., P.G.S.
Kevin Lant has over 30 years of experience in the domestic and international energy industry as both an exploration and development geologist. He began his career as a geologist-geophysicist working various basins throughout the Mid Continent, Rocky Mountains and West Coast basins. He then worked within the Gulf Coast and Mid Continent regions before beginning his international experience in Algeria and North Africa. Mr. Lant moved to Indonesia where he was instrumental in the discovery of significant gas reserves before returning to the United States as an independent consultant.
Kevin Lant has extensive experience related to the evaluation and management of exploration projects in both the domestic and international oil and gas arena, the direction of seismic studies and data reprocessing and interpretation, preparing regional play analyses and the evaluation of merger and acquisition opportunities and providing due diligence support and negotiation advisory services.
Mr. Lant received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from California State University at Northridge and his Master of Science degree in Geology from Ohio University. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists, the American Institute of Petroleum Geologists, the Society of Exploration Geophysicists and several geological societies such as OCGS, HGS, TGS and WTGS. He served as a part time faculty member at C.S.U.N. and has authored numerous field studies and development papers for clients throughout the world.

DAN A. BILLMAN, P.G.
Dan Billman has almost twenty years of experience in the Appalachian Basin with the last fifteen as a consulting geologist and President of Billman Geologic Consultants, Inc. Prior to independent consulting, Dan worked as an exploration and development geologist for Mark Resources Corporation and Eastern States Exploration Company. Mr. Billman is a registered professional geologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
Dan Billman has extensive experience both in development and exploration plays in the Appalachian Basin as well as experience in the Illinois, Black Warrior, Anadarko, Delaware/Permian, East Texas and Fort Worth Basins. He has performed numerous geologic and economic reviews of natural gas and oil exploration prospects throughout his areas of expertise, as well as feasibility studies for gas storage and coalbed methane development.
Mr. Billman received his Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from the University of Toledo and his Master of Science degree in Geology from West Virginia University. He is a member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and is currently the AAPG Delegate representing the Pittsburgh Geological Society. He is a member and former President (2 terms) and Treasurer (2 terms) of the Pittsburgh Association of Petroleum Geologists, a member of IOGA of Pennsylvania and New York, the Pennsylvania Oil & Gas Association, the Ohio Geological Society, Appalachian Geological Society and the Ontario Petroleum Institute. Mr. Billman has written and co-authored numerous published papers and technical presentations on the geology of the Appalachian Basin.

WILLIAM A. BRUHA, P.E.
William Bruha has over fifty years experience in the domestic and international oil industry in all aspects of drilling, production, construction, processing, marketing, budgeting and financing of various projects. He has managed the expenditure of over two billion dollars of project funds, drilled over 1000 wells both onshore and offshore, installed over two dozen offshore producing platforms, two offshore bases and supervised an operations and engineering staff of over 150 company personnel and over 400 contract personnel.
Bill Bruha has worked throughout North and South America, the Middle East, Russia and Mainland China. He has analyzed drilling and completion practices and made recommendations on secondary recovery, oil and gas storage facilities throughout the world. His experience includes accident investigation, monitoring salvage operations, well control, equipment replacement, cost analysis for structure and well replacement, review and settlement support for legal and insurance groups.
Mr. Bruha received his Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the Michigan College of Mining and Technology and has taken graduate courses in Geology and Engineering from the University of Texas and Washington University. He is a registered professional engineer in Texas and a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and International Association of Drilling Contractors. He has authored numerous papers and spoken on behalf of the SPE, IADC and American Petroleum Institute.

RUSSELL C. RIDGWAY
Russ Ridgway has over thirty years experience in the domestic and international energy industry as a petroleum engineer, reservoir engineer, an analyst in natural gas transportation, planning and financing projects, and advisor in the design and financing of natural gas storage, LNG and fuel oil projects. He has significant international and domestic experience in merger and acquisition due diligence, financial modeling, operational risk assessment, fuel supply pricing and contract negotiations. He has also provided confidential litigation support and expert witness testimony.
Russ Ridgway has performed technical (gas reserves and deliverability determination) and commercial reviews of numerous proposed and complex gas agreements for international gas pipeline projects in Bolivia, Peru, Argentina and Venezuela. This work has required analysis of various national gas industry standards, rules and regulations under existing energy laws and regulatory agencies. He has negotiated both transportation and purchase agreements on behalf of client pipeline companies.
Mr. Ridgway received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from Marietta College and a MBA in Finance from the University of Houston. He has been a member of the National Energy Services Association, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, the American Gas Association and INGAA. He has presented papers at both meetings of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and Institute of Gas Technology
